Benchmarking Report:
In order to better understand Edtech Testbeds and how it could be applied to the Qatar context, we have put together a report that highlights the potential for Qatar to lead a regional testbed network.
Timeline
January – June 2025
The planning phase lays the groundwork for successful implementation. This includes: data collection, needs assessment, innovation tool identification, PD session planning and testing cycle planning.
September 2025 – March 2026
This phase is where the program’s activities are in full swing, with continuous monitoring and evaluation.
March – June 2026
The program concludes with a focus on analysis, sharing findings, and planning for future actions. This includes data consolidation and analysis, policy dialogues, and report production.

WISE Emerging Leaders
Empowering the next generation of education innovators, this program brought together over 80 young leaders from 33 countries. Through immersive learning experiences and coaching, participants developed the skills to drive systemic change in education.
ALL-IN (Agile Leaders of Learning Innovation Network)
Established in 2017, ALL-IN united global experts to champion high-quality school leadership. This community of practice focused on research, design, and advocacy to prepare education systems for future challenges.
Empowering Leaders of Learning (ELL)
In partnership with Qatar’s Ministry of Education, ELL equipped school leaders with the skills to improve student outcomes. The program emphasized instructional leadership as a catalyst for systemic improvement.
WISE Learners’ Voice
This fellowship program gave young people a platform to shape the future of education. By engaging students with global education challenges, Learners’ Voice cultivated informed, articulate youth ready to drive meaningful change.
WISE Awards
The legacy of the WISE Awards has grown to span a global network of innovators in, early childhood education, EdTech, life-long learning, climate action, social emotional learning, education in emergencies, higher education, 21st Century skills, informal learning and many more.
WISE Innovation Hub
The Innovation Hub spearheaded efforts to redesign education for the 21st century. Focusing on competency-based learning and learner agency, this initiative supported schools in their transition to more personalized, future-ready models of education.
