Shreya brings over seven years of experience in the child rights and development sector, working across government systems, non-profits, and large-scale community programmes. She has led statewide early childhood initiatives at Rocket Learning, guiding teams across Rajasthan to strengthen the Anganwadi system in Early Childhood Education and enhance parent engagement. Prior to this, she served as an Aspirational District Fellow with NITI Aayog, collaborating with district administrations to accelerate progress on key development indicators.

Her work spans rehabilitation, adoption, and mental health programmes across several states, underpinned by a strong grounding in data-driven operations and stakeholder engagement. She actively engages with senior bureaucrats, policymakers, and departmental leadership to co-develop strategies, drive systemic reforms, and align interventions with existing schemes. Shreya is committed to building equitable systems for children and families, applying a practical, context-driven approach to social impact.

She holds a Master’s in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
