Sara Shashaa

Sara holds a Master’s degree in Translational Health Sciences from the University of Oxford, where she focused on the social science of implementing innovations and translating evidence into practice. She has over six years of experience across the health and education sectors.

At the Queen Rania Foundation (QRF), Sara serves as a technical lead, guiding research and design efforts across multiple programs. Her work integrates rigorous research and behavioral science insights to strengthen program design, delivery, and implementation.
