Sara Hamad Al Hajri

Sara Al-Hajri is the Executive Director of Student Affairs and Community Engagement at Qatar Foundation, where she leads Pre-University Education initiatives across several departments, including National Programs, Cultural Heritage and Identity, Student Enrichment, THIMUN Qatar, the Talented and Gifted Program, QF Alumni, Qatar Music Academy, DARB, the Ability Friendly Program, Sports Affairs, and Community Engagement Programs.

Through her inclusive leadership approach, she ensures that students within Qatar Foundation schools have access to unique opportunities to become engaged, confident, and capable leaders who are prepared to make meaningful contributions to society.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education and Humanities from Qatar University and has over ten years of experience in project management, curriculum design, and team leadership, with a strong commitment to promoting creativity, resilience, and culture across a wide range of educational settings.
