Research Assistant

Reigna Dukhan is dedicated to advancing education, diplomacy, and international law. She studies International Politics with a minor in French and Francophone Studies at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service in Qatar (GU-Q), where her work explores themes of justice, conflict resolution, and political development in the Middle East. Her academic interests bridge international law, transitional justice, state security, and comparative politics, and are grounded in a strong foundation in political theory and quantitative research.

Professionally, Reigna works with the Education Above All Foundation in Doha, focusing on innovation in education, and serves as a Research Assistant for faculty at GU-Q. She has previously contributed as an Editorial Assistant for the Georgetown Journal of International Affairs and as the MENA Regional Director for the Andalus Committee, a youth-led policy and research organization. A committed advocate for accessible education, she volunteers as an instructor with the Afghan Education Student Outreach Project. Reigna has presented her research at the Harvard National Collegiate Research Conference and continues to engage in projects that connect policy, education, and social impact across regions.
