Pegor Papazian

Chief Development Officer

Pegor Papazian is the Chief Development Officer at the TUMO Center for Creative Technologies, where he leads strategic initiatives including international expansion, systems automation, and the development of educational products and platforms. He played a key role in building TUMO’s learning management system and has extensive experience across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. His previous roles include Head of Program Development at the U.S. Agency for International Development, CEO of the National Competitiveness Foundation of Armenia, and founder of Bazillion Beings, a platform for virtual agents. Pegor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the American University of Beirut, an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Master’s in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he was part of the AI Lab.
