Paul Mausert François

Born in 1965 in Bombardopolis (Northwest, Haiti), Mausert François completed his bachelor degree at the University of the Haitian State. After teaching mathematics and physical at secondary level in Port-au-Prince from 1989 to 1996, he came back to put his knowledge and experience at the benefice of education in his homeland.

From 1996 to 2008, he served successively as Director of Lycée Ménélas Bordes; Departmental Inspector of the Northwest Departmental of Education Office assigned to the region of Lower Northwest; and education program manager for Initiative Development in Jean Rabel.

He is a founding member of ADEMA and actually serves as Executive Director of the association. In this position, he contributes to research funding for projects, coordinates projects, manages relationships with national and international partners and donors.

Since ADEMA’s creation in 2005, more than 20 projects were being directly realized under his leadership in the 4 municipalities (Baie de Henne, Bombardopolis, Jean Rabel and Môle Saint Nicolas) of the region in areas as education, local development, water, sanitation and hygiene… ADEMA keeps growing up, collaborating with national and international partners to expand inclusion, empowerment and opportunities for the local people in the region.
