Noor D. Elqumbarjee

Noor Elqumbarjee is an innovation strategist and entrepreneurship education specialist dedicated to empowering the next generation of founders in Qatar. With a background in pharmacy and an MBA in Future Strategies, she has built a career at the intersection of education, innovation, and impact.

At Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP), Noor leads high-visibility programs that bridge academia and industry, including university innovation challenges, student internship pathways, the QSTP Ambassadorship Program, Creative Labs, and Ride & Pitch. Her work equips students with real-world entrepreneurial skills through precision-education approaches, hands-on problem-solving, mentorship, and exposure to the startup ecosystem.

Noor previously served as the co-founder of a startup she exited at age 21 and has worked with global organizations such as the Hult Prize Foundation and served as a delegate at the AFS Youth Assembly, allowing her to bring a global lens to local talent development.

Driven by a belief that entrepreneurship is a powerful tool for opportunity and social progress, Noor continues to design learning experiences that inspire students to think boldly, innovate responsibly, and lead with purpose.
