Niamh is a Program Lead, WISE Prize for Education at WISE, supporting the WISE Awards, WISE Emerging Leaders and WISE Prize for Education programs. Before joining WISE, she spent five years working as a primary school teacher. Her time as an educator honed her experience in play-based learning and interest in social-emotional wellbeing. Niamh has volunteered with small-scale NGOs focused on education and health access in Africa, which spiked her curiosity in education in crisis contexts. Niamh is a graduate from Trinity College, Dublin and has undertaken a number of courses in University College Cork, University of Sunderland, and Harvard Graduate School of Education.
