Executive Director
Nasser Al-Khori is the Executive Director of the Generation Amazing Foundation — the most successful legacy initiative of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™. A globally recognized thought leader in sports diplomacy, legacy, and impact, Nasser has pioneered innovative approaches to harnessing sport as a catalyst for social transformation and sustainable development.
He has forged high-impact partnerships with leading international institutions, including FIFA, UNESCO, and UNHCR, positioning sport as a platform for global cooperation and intercultural dialogue. Nasser holds an MBA in Educational Leadership from UCL’s Institute of Education and a Bachelor of Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
He also serves as the State of Qatar’s National Focal Point for the Global Sports Programme at the United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism (UNOCT), sits on the Advisory Council of the United Nations Football for the Goals (UNFFTG) initiative, and contributes to the UNESCO Chair on Sport Governance and Social Responsibility.
