Henry Motte

Henry is the Founder and CEO of EDGE Tutor, Asia’s fastest-growing tutor outsourcing company, offering fully managed, white-labelled, highly qualified English and Maths tutors to over 50 of the leading education, tutoring, and training companies in the world. EDGE Tutor operates in 30+ countries across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, and its 1,000+ Philippines-based teachers have taught over 2 million lessons since EDGE Tutor’s launch in 2022.

Acknowledged for his societal contributions as a social entrepreneur, Henry has received numerous prestigious awards, including the WEF Young Global Leader (2020), Founders Forum 40 to Watch for EdTech (2023), and the 2015 Asia Society 21 Young Leaders. He previously worked at Goldman Sachs and Bain Capital and studied at the LSE and Harvard Business School.
