Hayfa Al-Abdulla

Hayfa is the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Director at Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP). With over two decades of experience spanning fund management, innovation, entrepreneurship development, and information technology, she has played an instrumental role in shaping Qatar’s innovation ecosystem through the design and implementation of incubation, acceleration, and entrepreneurship programs.

At QSTP, Hayfa has launched and managed a portfolio of flagship initiatives—including incubation, acceleration, commercialization, and talent development programs—positioning the park as a regional hub for technology entrepreneurship. Notably, she spearheaded the Arab Innovation Academy, the region’s largest tech entrepreneurship bootcamp for students.

Hayfa began her career in software development at Qatar Petroleum, where she progressively advanced into strategic and leadership roles. She holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Qatar University, along with professional certifications in project management and business analysis. She has contributed as a speaker, advisor, and judge at innovation forums both locally and internationally, including serving as a speaker at the first edition of Web Summit Qatar.
