Ghadir Maghoub

Ghadir Mahgoub is the Director of Investments at Alchemist Doha, where she leads venture capital initiatives, portfolio strategies, and ecosystem development to accelerate the growth of high-potential startups in Qatar and across emerging markets.

With over a decade of experience spanning venture capital, investment banking, and asset management, she has led funding strategies, valuations, and market expansion plans for a wide range of early-stage and growth-stage companies. Previously, Ghadir held senior investment roles at Qatar Development Bank, Commercial Bank, and the International Islamic Liquidity Management Corporation, where she developed cross-industry expertise in deal structuring, due diligence, and complex portfolio management.

She combines deep knowledge of both conventional and alternative investment frameworks with a proven track record in identifying disruptive opportunities and scaling innovative business models. Today, she is focused on empowering visionary founders, driving impactful portfolio performance, and advancing the region’s startup ecosystem.
