With a deep commitment to improving the quality of education globally and an extensive background in international development, George Tavola is passionate about creating positive change in underprivileged communities around the world. He has worked in the fields of education, youth development, and volunteer management for the last 20 years in over 20 countries across the Middle East, Asia, and the South Pacific, leading projects for UNDP, UNICEF, UNFPA, the Secretariat of the Pacific Community, Qatar Foundation, and the Education Above All (EAA) Foundation.

In his current role as Senior Engagement Manager for the Education Above All Foundation (EAA), he maintains strategic partnerships with organizations around the world to support Education for Climate Action projects that empower marginalized youth to take informed actions contributing to greener, more resilient, and sustainable communities.
