Gardenia Trezzini has been Editor-in-Chief at Euronews since 2006. Euronews is the international news channel covering world news from a European perspective. Launched in 1993, today Euronews is a unique multilingual, multi-platform news service broadcasting simultaneously in 11 languages to a global audience.

As Editor-in-Chief, Gardenia Trezzini is responsible for the complete editorial content of the magazines. In addition, she is in charge of the relationships with institutional and private partners. Her responsibilities include the conception and development of news programs.

Before her current position, Gardenia Trezzini worked for several years as Editor-in-Chief of news for the same broadcaster. In this period, she was responsible for overall editorial policy and coverage of events in the international news. Before joining Euronews, Gardenia Trezzini worked for Rai, the Italian public broadcaster, reporting for several lifestyle programs.

Gardenia Trezzini holds a Master’s degree in French literature from the Sapienza University of Rome.
