Fahad Al-Musalmani was born and raised in Qatar by a Qatari father and a Palestinian mother, earning his high school diploma from Global Academy International, Doha.

Fahad struggled with childhood asthma, which hindered him from performing certain activities. With time, his condition improved due to his constant involvement in sports, and he has since become dedicated to incorporating sports into his academics. Fahad intends to blend economics with this childhood passion in his graduate studies.

Fahad has been involved in a number of clubs and organization on and off campus. He participated in Georgetown’s program, Zones of Conflict, Zones of Peace in which students visit a certain country with a history of conflict for educational purposes. He has also been involved with clubs and organization outside of his university campus, including Tedx events and Best Buddies.

Fahad is currently an undergraduate student pursuing a BA of Science at Georgetown School of Foreign Service in Qatar, majoring in International Economics.
