Euan Wilmshurst

Euan Wilmshurst is the Founder and Principal of KW Strategy, a consultancy working globally at the intersections of education, philanthropy and social impact, with a strong focus on the early years. He advises foundations, NGOs and businesses on strategy, partnerships and communications, helping them connect ideas with action to drive sustainable change.

Euan’s career spans more than thirty years across the corporate, philanthropic and non-profit sectors. He has held senior roles with organisations including IBM, Pearson and the LEGO Foundation, where he led global advocacy and communications. He now advises organisations such as HundrED, Street Child, Indaba Foundation and Education.org.

A long-standing advocate for early childhood and locally led approaches, Euan serves on the boards of STiR Education, Home-Start UK and Svitlo Education, and previously served on the Board and Exec Committee of the Global Partnership for Education (GPE). His work champions investment in the early years as the foundation for equity, learning and human development.
