Elyas Felfoul is Director at WISE, an initiative of Qatar Foundation, where he leads the WISE Partnerships and drives the growth of the WISE EdTech Accelerator. With expertise in EdTech, public policy, and international collaborations, he has supported over 50 ventures and advised global leaders on the future of learning and work.
Elyas is part of the inaugural MILA AI Policy Fellowship, a member of XPRIZE’s Brain Trust, UM6P’s Deep Tech Platform, and the Diplomatic Courier’s World in 2050 network. He holds degrees from the University of Sherbrooke in Canada and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore.
