Dr. Karim Ginena is the Founder of RAI Audit, an AI governance and research consultancy, and a member of the IEEE’s AI Policy committee. With 16 years of experience in ethics and governance, he recently served as the founding User Experience Researcher of Meta’s Responsible AI Team. Dr. Ginena holds a Ph.D. in Management (business ethics and organizational behavior) from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, and is a graduate of HBKU.
