YNMO
Co-Founder
Fahad Alnemary is the co-founder and CEO of Ynmo, the first Saudi company specializing in AI-driven solutions for individuals with disabilities. He holds a Ph.D. in Special Education from UCLA/Cal State LA and brings over 20 years of experience in clinical practice, research, and policy development.
He led the Faseeh Initiative, which benefited more than 10,000 children in Saudi Arabia by improving early identification and intervention for language disorders. He now leads the Ynmo Tifli National Initiative, a groundbreaking program that provides early screening and intervention for children at risk of developmental disorders, reaching over 400,000 children across the Kingdom.
Ynmo partners with government entities across the GCC to expand early screening and intervention services. Its work focuses on enhancing the quality of Education and Rehabilitation Services — not only for students and children with disabilities but also for teachers, school personnel, and families. By equipping educators and practitioners with digital tools, professional development, and evidence-based programs, Ynmo ensures that the ecosystem around each child is strengthened.
Dr. Alnemary has held academic roles at Taif University and served as a consultant for several initiatives under the Human Capability Development Program (HCDP) related to the education of individuals with disabilities. Through Ynmo, he continues to drive innovation in early screening, intervention, and inclusive education across the GCC and MENA, building sustainable, scalable solutions that transform services and empower families.
