Dr. Abdullah Murad is an assistant professor at the College of Computer and Information Systems at Umm Al-Qura University (UQU) and the former director of the Business Incubation and Acceleration Programs at Wadi Makkah Technology Company. He founded two startup companies, softcare.io (2016) and YnmoData (2017), through which he delivered innovative work to major clients such as the Ministry of Health (MoH), the Ministry of Haj, and Umra (MoHaj), the General Car Syndicate, and Wadi Makkah Technology Company. Holds Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Information Systems and Technology from Claremont Graduate University in the USA. He also has a second M.S. degree in computer science from California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) in the USA.
