DeLonn Crosby believes children learn best through real-world, interactive play. He is the founder of SayKid, an award-winning educational technology company that blends voice technology with hands-on play to help kids learn in an engaging, screen-free way. Grounded in the science of child development, SayKid’s system empowers children to take on the role of teacher, promotes active movement, and fosters human connection through social play. The company won the Grand Prize in the Alexa EdTech Challenge, has been recognised by Harvard, and was featured in a TEDx Talk.

DeLonn’s career blends consumer technology, innovation, and social impact. Before founding SayKid, he led product development at two startups that each achieved over $100M exits and held leadership roles at Google, Deloitte, and Target. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and lives in Minnesota with his wife, Maria, and their three children — Ella, Callahan, and Will.
