Dayana Amandossova
Associate, Partnerships
Dayana is an Associate for Partnerships at WISE, where she develops and manages strategic collaborations with leading organizations, government entities, and corporate partners to advance education innovation globally.
Before joining WISE, Dayana worked at Invest Qatar, focusing on investor relations and foreign investment facilitation. She coordinated high-level delegations and designed tailored programs to link international investors with Qatar’s innovation and education ecosystem.
Dayana earned her Bachelor of Science in International Politics with honors from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. Her academic interests include ethnic politics, linguistic identity, and decolonization studies – fields that inform her perspective on inclusion and access in education. A U.S. Department of State Future Leaders Exchange (FLEX) Program alumna, she experienced the transformative power of education early in her life, an experience that continues to inform her work and values.
Outside of work, Dayana blends creativity with advocacy through illustration, exploring themes of identity, belonging, and womanhood in her artwork.
