Anthony Macdonald

Anthony has over 20 years’ experience in policy development, advocacy, and programme management in child protection, early childhood development (ECD), human rights, and international development. He is experienced in managing and leading complex, multi-sectoral programmes and teams in high-, middle-, and low-income countries at a senior level, including office management. He has worked across four regions globally with a number of UN agencies (including UNHCR and UNICEF), NGOs (NRC, various CBOs, and human rights NGOs), and other organizations, at both HQ and country levels in Latin America (Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and El Salvador); Africa (Somalia and Kenya); the MENA region (Lebanon); and Europe (Geneva).
