Aisha Al Amari

Autism Parents Platform

Co-founder

Aisha Al Amari is the Co-Founder and Partner of the Autism Parents Platform (APP) — a community built from the heart to ensure that autistic individuals and their families feel seen, supported, and truly included. Her journey began as a parent seeking to understand and advocate for her own child, which grew into a passion to create spaces of understanding, belonging, and opportunity for autistic people to thrive beyond labels and limitations.

Through APP, Aisha has led campaigns that spark everyday conversations about autism and built a welcoming network of parents and communities. The platform supports families and professionals alike in deepening their awareness and knowledge about autism through a variety of initiatives. Much of her work focuses on connecting families, organizations, and the wider community to open doors and create meaningful opportunities for autistic individuals to participate fully in society.

Aisha is also an advocate and speaker who shares lived experiences and practical approaches to fostering acceptance and inclusion. She continues to learn, research, listen to autistic voices, and collaborate with experts around the world.

At the heart of her work lies APP’s mission: “Let’s make the world a better place for people with autism.” This guiding principle shapes everything she does—helping to build communities where autistic individuals feel welcomed, valued, and empowered to live authentically.
