Sharifa is an entrepreneurship development consultant, a mentor and a businesswoman. She currently works as the executive partner and co-owner of AlJazeera Global Services & Investments (AGSI) and is a member of the Education Council in Oman.
Sharifa is the founder of the BizHub Entrepreneurship Centre and is the primary consultant hired to design, execute and manage Oman’s first start-up accelerator & seed fund initiative, the “CELL”, a CSR initiative for OMIFCO, an Oman Oil Company Subsidiary.
She also spearheaded the set up and launch of the Cisco Entrepreneur Institute for AMIDEAST in Oman in 2010-2011, as Business Consultant, Programs Manager & Trainer.
She is an affiliate member of the European Trade Association for Business Angels, Seed Funds and other Early Stage Market Players (EBAN) and a member of the International Network of Small & Medium Enterprises (INSME).
Sharifa is a Certified Startup Coach; she is solution oriented, a vertical thinker, and a global citizen who was raised in seven countries. She is also a motivational speaker, certified in professional etiquette & protocol.
