Nisrine Ouazzani is a young professional with a degree in Political Science from HEM Business School (Morocco) and Sciences Po Aix (France). She began her career at the Policy Center for the New South, a renowned Moroccan think tank, where, over nearly seven years, she advanced from program design to partnership management and communications. She worked on international policy collaborations linking Morocco with institutions in the US, Europe, Africa, and Latin America, and also directed the Atlantic Dialogues—a high-level annual forum that brings together leaders from across the Atlantic Basin for open, cross-regional dialogue on global issues.
After her seven-year experience in the think-tank sector, Nisrine joined the Moroccan Center for Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship (MCISE), a Moroccan non-profit, as Managing Director, leading a team of 60 in delivering tailor-made support to SMEs and social entrepreneurs.
Two years ago, she joined Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) as Partnerships Manager for deep-tech ecosystems, supporting innovation and cross-sector collaboration. She is also cultivating a growing expertise in entrepreneurial and organizational psychology, reflecting her interest in how institutions and people thrive and innovate.
