Sherena Mistri-Yiannouka

Sherena is an accredited trainer whose key competencies lie in the areas of Management & Leadership Training, Interpersonal Communication Skills, Oral & Written Business English, Presentation Skills, Personal Effectiveness & Team Building. She particularly enjoys working with young adults, motivating them to set and achieve new goals. Sherena also conducts LEGO® Serious PlayTM workshops using the internationally renowned, play-based problem solving and communication technique to help groups engage, create and be more effective.

Sherena established Phoenix Business Communications & Consulting in Singapore in 2003 serving clients such as the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Education, Housing Development Board, Land Transport Authority, Monetary Authority of Singapore, Ministry of Finance, Republic of Indonesia, Silk Air, Christian Dior, Polo Ralph Lauren, Shell, DHL, Ascendas, and Keppel Land. In January 2009, Sherena acquired the first Dynargie franchise in Asia with a mission to develop and deliver outstanding training and consulting solutions to clients such as Temasek Singapore, the Building & Construction Academy in Singapore, NTUC First Campus, HSBC India, Vestas Wind Systems, LEO Pharmaceuticals, Dubai Electricity & Water Authority and Prime Minister’s Office in Dubai amongst others. She is also an adjunct lecturer for Executive Education programs at National University of Singapore and HEC Paris in Qatar. She also sits on the Selection Committee for the Executive MBA and the Masters in Specialized Business Unit Management at HEC Paris in Qatar.

A Singapore Government Humanities Scholar, Sherena graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Honors) from the University of Bristol, UK. She then spent a number of years working with Citibank Private Bank in London where she implemented and trained staff across Europe on global legal and compliance policies. She subsequently joined a geographical marketing unit providing investment advice to high net worth individuals and was awarded a Service Excellence Award in this capacity.

Sherena holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessing and is a certified DISC Personality Profiling Tool Facilitator. She also conducts train-the-trainer programs for new Dynargie consultants.
