Ms Roisin Pelley

Roisin specializes in private education across emerging markets. During her four years with Parthenon, Roisin has worked with Parthenon leadership to develop the company’s international business with private operators and investors, assisted in connecting investors to opportunities in the education sector, and worked with regulators to identify private sector partners. She is currently based in Asia and has worked extensively in education in Africa, Europe, India, MENA, and Southeast Asia. Roisin holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
