Elias Ayoub
Global Director, Country Operations, Right To Play
Elias Ayoub was born in Lebanon and emigrated to Canada in 1989. He started his career in NGO’s in Lebanon in 2006 during the Israeli war. He was employed by a local NGO that worked with special needs and war affected youth and adults, lobbying for their political rights and access to basic services. He later worked as an area manager with World Vision in Beirut. He also founded his own organization, MARC, which tackled corruption in the Middle East and North Africa. In 2014 he was hired as the Country Director of Lebanon and later Jordan. He now serves in his current capacity as Global Director of Country Operations for Right To Play International.
