Recognizing the pressing need to strengthen dialogue between the education and the economic worlds, WISE and the International Economic Forum of the Americas have partnered in 2016 to co-host a plenary session at the World Strategic Forum, on April 11-12 in Miami, Florida, USA.
This Forum, attended by over 1,200 delegates, has grown to become a strategic platform for business synergies, engaging actors of the global economy towards partnership and dialogue. By linking this platform to WISE’s education community, we aim take a step further towards a true understanding between economic actors and education stakeholders, translated into concrete practices for collaboration. Under the format of a panel discussion, this session will examine the best practices to bridge the widening skills gap and how to raise fulfilled professionals, having a true impact in economic growth and social progress.
