John Gregg

John Gregg is currently the director of Education Above All, a  Qatar-based NGO with a focus on the protection of education during conflict and insecurity, in addition to his role as Strategic Planner  for the Office of Her Highness Sheikha Mozah.  Since 2007, he has  been responsible for strategic planning and assessment of programmatic  and policy developments in Qatari human services, as well as the  Office’s foreign aid programs.  

Mr. Gregg has extensive service development, public policy and planning experience in Australia, as well as the South East Asia, Baltic and Middle East regions. Trained in psychology, agency management and public policy, Mr. Gregg has worked in the human services, education and health sectors since 1985.
