The World Innovation Summit for Education to Host WISE@Paris Conference on February 20-21 in France
Over the course of two days, WISE@Paris will gather around 800 local and international thought leaders, practitioners, innovators and the media to discuss and foster the learning societies of today and tomorrow.
On 20 February, participants will have the opportunity to create their own learning journey across various venues in Paris by joining discussions and interactive sessions around the future of learning, organized by WISE and its partners: the Center for Research and Interdisciplinarity (CRI), UNESCO, Sciences Po and Pixis & Ashoka at Station F. These activities will include workshops, panel discussions, and roundtables. For more information about the program of the day, please visit our WISE@Paris page.
On February 21, participants will reconvene for a one-day forum at Palais de Tokyo to engage in a variety of interactive formats and further explore key topics, as well as
to discover innovative models to meet the educational challenges facing France and the world today, such as:
- Rethinking K-12 education: how can new findings in learning science help us design successful interventions in education?
- Empowering teachers and education leaders: In light of advances in technology, how to effectively accompany teachers so they can thrive in their role and positively impact our children?
- Decrypting the future of work: What role education will play in preparing individuals to adapt and thrive along new technologies?
Cultivating global citizenship: What are the models to follow to foster civic engagement?
