Mr. Benjamin Vedrenne-Cloquet
Benjamin is a partner at IBIS CAPITAL (London), a leading European investment and advisory firm specialized in Media and Education Technology.
Benjamin is also CEO and founder of the EdTechXGlobal conference series (EdtechXEurope, EdtechXAsia) for thought leaders, innovators and investors. He also the founding chairman of the London Edtech Week in 2017, and serves as advisor for SXSW Edu, the world’s largest conference on innovation in education.
Benjamin serves as a non-executive chairman of Primo Toys, an early year education technology company backed by the Arduino founder and the Zuckerberg family.
Formerly Europe’s Head of Strategy, Business Development and New Ventures for Time Warner, Benjamin directly managed the expansion of an entertainment portfolio, TV (CNN, Cartoon Network) and digital properties across 25 countries and totaling 650 million Euros in revenues.
Benjamin also serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at the French International School in London, Collège Franҫais Bilingue.
He is a graduate from Babson, ESCP Europe and The University of Texas at Austin.
